ATHENA / ALLATH seated face on on a CAMEL in profile to right. (helmet, pendant necklace, long tunic with belt, bracelet), holds dr. lowered a short spear with two irons and, with the left arm, a small round shield.
Basalt relief, 2nd-3rd century.

“A war goddess is also pictured above. The beautiful statue was found at Rhana Saher, which seems to be somewhere near Aleppo. We photographed it on the abandoned top floor of the Aleppo Museum . It was made around 200 AD. and shows the goddess armed and seated on a dromedary.” source >> https://mainzerbeobachter.com
