Pair of earrings from the Rijksmuseum van Oudheden collection is dated to the 1st century and according to the museum description come from Italy. Made of gold with garnets are 4,3 cm long.
A single earring from the Stathatos Collection is dated to the 1st – 3rd century and made of gold with garnets and glass.
All three earrings are very similar, they could have been made in one goldsmith’s workshop.
