“The case is of two gold wrist bracelets, ring-shaped, hollow with a flattened surface; two corrugated wires are soldered to the outer edges. Between them there are 53 golden wires, on which are strung river pearls. In the center of the lower side there are three low glass beads, which are separated by golden rings with grains. Paired sculptural compositions – Eros and Psyche are inserted into the holes at the ends of the jewelry. Eros is half-naked. Psyche is dressed in a closed tunic. From the back, both figurines are covered with a wide cloak that connects on the front of the figurines. Psyche holds Eros with his left hand by the thigh, and with his right hugs his waist. From under the cloak one can see the right hand of Eros, with which he hugs Psyche by the shoulders, the left hand is on her cheek. The couple smiles, detailing hair, fingers and folds of clothing. On one bracelet, a gold wire is soldered to the figures, which fixes a small emerald in the center of the composition. There are locks between the heads of the figures. On one bracelet it is made of a rectangular faceted gold plate decorated with a trapezoidal zircon insert. The second lock is made in a similar way, it is distinguished by an oval plate with an ellipsoidal citrine insert. The bracelet is 1.66 cm thick, its diameter is 10.3 cm, the figures are 3.7 cm high, and the locks are 3.1 cm x 1.8 cm and 3.4 cm x 2.75 cm. it is distinguished by an oval plate with an ellipsoidal citrine insert. The bracelet is 1.66 cm thick, its diameter is 10.3 cm, the figures are 3.7 cm high, and the locks are 3.1 cm x 1.8 cm and 3.4 cm x 2.75 cm.” [source]
