In mound no. 1 of the Chebotarev V [Чеботарев V]
cemetery, near the city of Rostov-on-Don, was discovered an intact and very rich burial from the Sarmatian period. Judging by the grave goods, the burial belonged to a noblewoman.

“Gold earrings with pendant chains were found next to the skull of a Sarmatian woman, and a bronze mirror lay at the left shoulder. The collar of the deceased’s clothing was decorated with stamped gold plates made of gold leaf in the form of a stylized ram’s head. The sleeves of the dress are embroidered with multi-colored beads in combination with gold triangular fluted and hemispherical plaques. On each hand is a gold bracelet. Various beads were cleared from the chest of the buried woman, among which the discovery of a gem with a one-line Phoenician or early Aramaic inscription should be especially highlighted.” https://www.kp.ru/daily/26418/3291932/
