Silver Hellenistic bowl from Olbia, Ukraine, 2nd century BCE [d/b]

In The Met collection there is a bowl that is said to be from Olbia, Black Sea coast. It is dated to the 2nd century BCE, made of silver and partially gilded. “The decoration on the bowl is in repoussé. Within a floral setting, a pair of Erotes fly toward each other on each side of the bowl. One Eros holds a stemmed cup, while the other plays a double flute” [Museum description]

Double bowl made in Iran, dated 4th – 3rd century BCE
Gold with enamel, height: 2,5 cm, diameter: 16,1 cm
The main difference between bowls from The Met and Hermitage is a rim.
